How we use your information. We use the information you provide solely to schedule, coordinate, and communicate about your trip. This includes sending you an automated text-message trip reminder approximately 48 hours before your scheduled ride, if you have consented to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our booking form.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information collected through our booking form are used exclusively by Aaron Transportation, Inc. to communicate with you about your trip. We do not share, sell, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency depends on your booking activity — typically one text-message reminder per one-way trip and two per round-trip booking. Services. Aaron Transportation, Inc. provides pre-scheduled private car and airport transportation service on Long Island, New York, and the surrounding region. All rides require advance booking through our online booking form or by contacting us directly. We do not offer on-demand pickups.
Booking. Trip details — including pickup time, pickup address, drop-off address, flight information (for airport trips), passenger count, and any special instructions — are the responsibility of the customer to provide accurately at the time of booking. Reservations are considered confirmed once we contact you to acknowledge your booking.
Changes and cancellations. To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible at 631-986-9117 or info@aarontransportationny.com. Late changes may affect our ability to accommodate your request.
Payment. Payment methods and terms are agreed to at the time of booking.
